As a company, OK Medical has from the start, always focused on offering a customer-focused business model whereby we look to offer products that are thoroughly checked and meet our rigid criteria for high level, quality manufacturing standards. We also ensure all checks, submission, and analysis are done so as to comply with Local and European Standards as regards to CE Certification, Material Safety Data, Environmental Safety Data, Certification Products are for Human Use (in the case of chemicals, consumables used for internal bodily use etc) and/or any other safety or certification requirements. 

Apart from this, OK Medical looks to offer an efficient service on our wide range of quality products which are available from stock. In line with this, below please note our standard Rates as well as Terms & Conditions if items are ordered and delivery is requested:


OK Medical has no minimum order amount. A small fee applies for orders which do not meet the minimum values outlined below - so if the item/s needed is of low value - it may be more cost-effective to order and collect from our Store (FIND US HERE)


If delivery is required and order is under €50.00 Including VAT- a standard flat rate fee of €5.00 including VAT (18%) will be charged for any location requested in Malta. If order under €100.00 including VAT is required to be delivered to Gozo - a standard flat rate fee of €10.00 including VAT (18%) will be charged due to added costs including ferry charges and greater transit times. Charges are subject to change at any time due to any Government impositions, increases in travel costs etc, and will be duly updated online. Charges are always shown when effecting online purchases, purchasing in-store, or ordering through email, telephone, or social media. 

Orders confirmed and placed exceeding the minimum values advised above ARE NOT SUBJECT TO DELIVERY FEE - thus delivered to any location in Malta & Gozo will be FREE OF CHARGE.


OK Medical looks to offer a quick and easy delivery service to ensure high customer satisfaction. While at the discretion of the Company, deliveries may be actioned on the same day of purchase/order confirmation - our standard delivery service is such that orders are dispatched to clients THE NEXT WORKING DAY. As such one can for example confirm an order on a Tuesday and expect the order to be delivered the next day being Wednesday. It is to be understood that while the Company will attempt to dispatch and deliver orders placed on a Friday the same day, no guarantee is given of such a service. Therefore clients may be informed that delivery will be actioned the following Monday.

While OK Medical looks to honor the timescales set out above, delivery service may be delayed past the stipulated one (1) working day due to high volumes of requests and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.


While OK Medical employees deliver personnel as part of its team, as a Company we also look to partner will local courier/delivery services - thus ensuring a speedy service inline with expectations set out above to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. If the delivery request is to be actioned by a third party company (understood not to be a member of staff of OK Medical), we will inform the client of such situations so as to set customer expectations. Staff employed by OK Medical to action deliveries are always requested to wear tops/uniforms which bear the OK Medical or OK Group logo. Third parties may be identified by their own uniforms/branding accordingly.


We at OK Medical believe that every client should receive high standards of service irrespective of the amount ordered, race, gender etc! Our team members are also consumers so we set out to treat you - Our Client - with the same level of service as we would expect!
