Patient Transfer Aid – Twist

The trolley is designed to allow the care-receiver to stand up in a fast and stable manner and to overcome short distances. It is also intended for transfer of care-receivers, who can stand, but have difficulties moving. The Twist trolley allows the transfer of a care-receiver between the bed, the wheelchair, and the toilet, etc. The trolley can be fixed by means of two separate brakes located on the rear wheels or by means of a central brake. Two front rotating wheels are intended for ease of manoeuvring. The trolley is also equipped with a safety belt. Padded knee support provides support to the care-receiver. The trolley consists of two main parts (a handle and a base), which allows simple assembly and disassembly.
